We selected Apple wood to perfectly complement our slow rendered, juicy beef brisket.
Toasted allspice berries imbue a traditional Jamaican vibe to our signature Jerk Chicken.
Locally sourced, aged Black Oak imparts a seasoning all it’s own to our blackened Tri-Tip. Try it alone or pilled high on our signature Nor-Cal Philly.

Shown; Smoked Kosher Salt, Sage, Purple Basil, Lemon Zest, Lemon Thyme & Szechuan Peppercorns.
Our custom blended Gourmet Smoked Salts & Herb Blends are made in house. Premium kosher salt lightly smoked over Alderwood coals, imparting a superb umami. We grow our own specialty herbs using organic gardening practices. Harvested by hand & dried in the warm California sun to be blended with our custom smoke salt. Available for retail sale coming soon.
